About Unity

A family business,
built into a signature

What started as a flooring installation company has grown into a full-service design-build partner serving Southwest Florida's luxury market, without losing the personal attention that got us here.

Meet the Owner

Johnny Silva

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

"The best compliment we can get is a client who calls us back for the next room."

My family moved here from Brazil when I was five. I grew up watching my dad work in flooring, and in 2013 I followed in his footsteps and started Unity. Since then we've grown into a full team with our own cabinet shop here in Fort Myers, handling flooring, cabinetry and millwork with our own crews.

Off the job, I'm a husband and a dad, and most weekends you'll find me on the sidelines at soccer games and dance recitals. During the week I'm still on site, involved in how every project runs, and I want every room to be one I'd put my name on.

Our story

From flooring crew
to design-build partner

Unity Signature Interiors was founded with one goal: to transform houses into homes through exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service. What began as a flooring installation company has grown into a full-service design-build partner serving Southwest Florida's luxury market.

Today, we self-perform flooring, cabinetry, millwork, and full remodeling scopes under one roof, working directly with homeowners and as a trusted subcontractor for builders and design firms across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and Bonita Springs.

Why Unity

What hasn't
changed along the way

The things that built the reputation we're now protecting.

One accountable team
Every trade self-performed by our own crews, nothing handed off to a stranger mid-project.
A real showroom
Materials staged the way they'll actually look installed, not a catalog you flip through blind.
Licensed & insured
Florida-certified residential contractor, license CRC1334289, held to the same standard on every job.
Personal involvement
Johnny is still hands-on with how projects are run, not a name on a website who's never on site.
The team

Who you'll
actually work with

The people behind every project, not a rotating cast of subs.
