Why it matters

Budget-friendly
doesn't mean cutting corners

The same installation standard, just a different material.

Real value
A durable, wood-look floor at a lower cost than hardwood or LVP, without sacrificing a clean, professional installation.
Honest about the limits
Laminate resists moisture but isn't waterproof like LVP. We'll tell you plainly which rooms it fits and which ones call for a different material.
Precision installation
Tight seams and clean transitions matter just as much on laminate as any other material, this isn't a floor we treat as an afterthought.

Common questions

Before you reach out

What's the difference between laminate and luxury vinyl plank?
Laminate has a wood-based core with a printed wear layer, it resists moisture but isn't fully waterproof. LVP has a synthetic, waterproof core. Laminate generally costs less, LVP holds up better in kitchens, bathrooms, and other wet-prone spaces.
Which rooms is laminate a good fit for?
Bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and other lower-moisture spaces. For kitchens, bathrooms, or laundry rooms, we'd typically recommend luxury vinyl plank or tile instead.
How durable is laminate flooring?
Modern laminate holds up well to everyday foot traffic and resists scratching better than many people expect. It won't outlast hardwood or LVP in wear layer durability, but it's a solid, long-lasting option for the right room.
Can I see laminate styles and finishes in person before deciding?
Yes. Our Fort Myers showroom has laminate samples staged the way they'll actually look installed, by appointment.
