Luxury Vinyl Plank
The look of wood,
waterproof by design
A durable, fully waterproof floor that reads as real wood or stone, built for Florida humidity, kitchens, bathrooms, and the everyday wear of family and pets.
Why it matters
Where LVP actually
outperforms wood and tile
Real tradeoffs, not a sales pitch dressed up as a comparison.
Fully waterproof core
Unlike hardwood, LVP's core holds up to standing water and Florida humidity without warping, cupping, or swelling, making it a real option for kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms.
Built for daily wear
Scratch and dent resistant enough for kids, pets, and heavy foot traffic, without the refinishing hardwood eventually needs.
Precision click-lock installation
A tight, professional install matters as much on LVP as any other material, gaps and lippage are an install problem, not a product limitation.
What's included
A full LVP
installation scope
Every project is scoped to the space and subfloor condition.
Design consultation. Plank style, width, and finish planning around your space and budget.
Subfloor preparation. Leveling and prepping so the finished floor sits flat with no visible seams.
Removal of existing flooring. Old material removed and disposed of as part of the scope.
Installation. Precision click-lock or glue-down setting, depending on the product and space.
Trim & transitions. Baseboards and transition strips finished cleanly at every doorway and edge.
Final walkthrough. We review the finished floor with you before calling the job complete.

Common questions
Before you reach out
Is luxury vinyl plank actually waterproof?
Yes, most LVP has a fully waterproof core, unlike laminate, which resists moisture but isn't truly waterproof. That makes LVP a real option for kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms where hardwood isn't recommended.
How does LVP compare to hardwood?
LVP costs less, handles moisture and humidity better, and resists scratches from pets and daily wear. Hardwood offers a natural material and can be refinished over time, LVP generally can't. We'll walk through the honest tradeoffs for your space.
Does luxury vinyl plank feel cheap underfoot?
Quality LVP has real texture and a solid, substantial feel, not the thin, hollow feeling of older vinyl flooring. We'll walk you through options in person so you can feel the difference before deciding.
Can I see LVP styles and finishes in person before deciding?
Yes. Our Fort Myers showroom has LVP samples staged the way they'll actually look installed, by appointment.
