Why it matters

The part of a tile job
most people never see

What separates a tile floor that lasts from one that doesn't.

Proper waterproofing
Showers and wet areas are set with Kerdi and Schluter membrane systems underneath the tile, not just a coat of thin-set. This is the step that actually prevents leaks and failures down the line.
Pattern precision
Layout is planned before a single tile is set, so seams, cuts, and pattern lines land where they should, not wherever the last row happens to fall.
Natural stone expertise
Marble and natural stone behave differently than ceramic or porcelain. Sealing, setting, and grout choices are handled accordingly, not treated like standard tile.

Common questions

Before you reach out

Do you handle waterproofing for shower tile, or just the tile itself?
Both. Shower and wet-area tile work includes Kerdi or Schluter waterproofing membrane systems installed underneath, this is what actually prevents leaks and moisture damage, not just the tile setting itself.
What's the difference between ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone?
Porcelain is denser and more water-resistant than ceramic, making it a common choice for floors and wet areas. Natural stone (marble, travertine, granite) needs sealing and different setting techniques. We'll walk through what fits your space and budget during your consultation.
How long does a typical tile project take?
It depends heavily on scope and square footage. A shower can move faster than a full floor. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand the full project.
Can I see tile and stone materials in person before deciding?
Yes. Our Fort Myers showroom has tile and natural stone samples staged the way they'll actually look installed, by appointment.
