Why it matters

What separates a floor
that lasts

The parts of the job most homeowners never see.

Proper subfloor prep
Leveling and preparing the surface underneath, the step that determines whether a floor stays flat and true for years or fails early.
One accountable crew
The same team measures, sources, and installs every material, so nothing gets lost between a showroom order and your actual floor.
Material-specific expertise
Tile, hardwood, and vinyl each install differently. We treat them that way instead of applying one generic process to every material.

Common questions

Before you reach out

Which flooring material is right for my space?
It depends on the room, traffic, moisture exposure, and budget. Tile and luxury vinyl handle wet areas better, hardwood and natural stone read as more premium underfoot. We'll walk through what fits during your consultation.
Do you remove and dispose of my existing flooring?
Yes, removal and disposal of existing flooring is included as part of the installation scope, not a separate line item you have to coordinate yourself.
How long does a typical flooring project take?
Timelines depend on material and square footage. We'll give you a realistic estimate once we understand the full scope of the project.
Can I see materials in person before deciding?
Yes. Our Fort Myers showroom has tile, hardwood, vinyl, and carpet samples staged the way they'll actually look installed, by appointment.
